Management and Maintenance

Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite  Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM, and Saturdays 10 AM - 5 PM, ready to assist.

903 Peachtree Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies. The number is 470.800.7033 and you will press 3.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about! 

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you are locked out during business hours, the onsite team is happy to help. If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

903 Peachtree has covered, garage parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in Atlanta is even easier. 

903 Peachtree apartments offer a plethora of amenities our residents love. At 903 Peachtree, we love pets! Yes, we are pet-friendly. Contact our leasing team for additional details about breed restrictions. 

At 903 Peachtree, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.

Our apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

Administration

We aim to approve all applications within 48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

When living at 903 Peachtree apartments, Renter's Insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on Renter's Insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!

We are already fullyed equipped for Single Digits. 

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options, along with the lease break fee of two times the monthly rent. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes. 

At 903 Peachtree apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with GA Power, using the online service at georgiapower.com

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Location

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and MARTA are right within reach at 903 Peachtree.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Atlanta Public School District.

When reviewing an application to rent at 903 Peachtree, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to two times (gross) the market rent.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

 Our community is located in the heart of Midtown, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate. 

903 Peachtree is within walking and driving distance to Publix and Atlantic Station meaning you can easily pick up fresh groceries on your way home or enjoy a day with friends surroinded by excellent retail!

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like amenity fee, utilities and parking.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited 

To make sure 903 Peachtree is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.
